COMMITTAL ORDER
The Chargesheet is submitted against the above named accused
before this court by Sr. Inspector of Police, Vakola Police station, Mumbai,
for the alleged offence mentioned above. Copies of Chargesheet is furnished
to the accused is in the Jail.
The main offence punishable U/sec 376[2(L)(N)] IPC alleged
against accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. Hence,
this case is committed to the court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, U/sec. 209 of
Cr. P. C. to stand trial for the offence U/sec. 376[2(L)(N)] IPC
Accused is in Judicial Custody. The Jail Superintendent is
directed to produce the accused before Hon'ble Court of Sessions on
11/08/2020 without fail.
The Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Mumbai forthwith. The Vakola Police Station, is hereby directed to produce
the Muddemal Property, if any, before the court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai as
and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, be intimated
accordingly.
