ORDER BELOW EXH.6
The applicant/accused Aditya Vishal Balsekar has filed this
application for permission to travel to Kigali in Rawanda in Central
Africa and Montreal in Canada for tennis tournaments from 04.10.2025
to 17.11.2025. Perused application and say of learned APP. I.O. has not
filed the say. Perused documents. Heard learned Advocate for applicant
and learned APP.
2) According to applicant, he is facing trial for offence
punishable under Section 279, 337, 338 of Indian Penal Code in
connection with FIR No.331/2024 registered at Dharavi Police Station.
It will take time to conclude the trial. The applicant/accused has filed
his flight tickets.
3) Though the applicant is accused, he has right to travel
abroad. The applicant is returning to India on or before 17.11.2025. His
personal liberty cannot be curtailed by rejecting the application. His
mother Mrs. Vaishnavi Vishal Balsekar is advocate practicing at Family
Court, Bandra, Mumbai. Therefore, there is no chance of his
absconding. Hence, present application needs to be allowed. Thus, I
proceed to pass following order :
ORDER
1) Applicant/accused namely Aditya Vishal Balsekar is permitted to
travel to Kigali in Rawanda in Central Africa and Montreal in Canada

for tennis tournaments from 04.10.2025 to 17.11.2025 subject to
condition that he shall not seek adjournment and due to his absence the
trial shall not adjourned and he shall not dispute his identity during the
trial.
2) Applicant/accused should intimate the Court soon after his arrival
at India.
3) Applicant/accused shall furnish detailed itinerary.
