COMMON ORDERS BELOW EXHS.6 AND 7
1. Perused record. Heard both the sides. In this criminal case both
these applications filed by accused persons seeking direction against first
informant Mrs. Shazli Shahazaman Khan, that she shall handover the
passport of one of the accused and shall not obstruct the work of
installation of C.C. T.V. cameras in their house, respectively.
2. First informant denied the fact that she has in her possession any
passport. Therefore, there arises no question of granting the relief claimed
in Exh.6.
3. So far as, Exh.7, is concerned the direction sought in the nature of
injunction, which also can not be granted in the present criminal
prosecution. The relief claimed is beyond the purview of jurisdiction of
this court.
4. Accordingly, in view of above observations both the applications
rejected.
