COMMITTAL ORDER
This chargesheet is submitted against the accused before this Court
by Sr. Inspector of police, Dharavi Police Station, Mumbai for the offence
punishable U/Sec.307, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, U/Sec.37 (1) (a),
135 of Maharashtra Police Act, U/Sec.4, 25 of Indian Arms Act.. Copy of
chargesheet is already furnished to the accused.
The offence punishable U/Sec.307 of the Indian Penal Code against
accused is exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. Hence, this
case is committed to the Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay, U/Sec.209 of the
Criminal Procedure Code.
The accused is in jail. The Jail Authority is directed to produce the
accused before Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay on 19.06.2020.
The record and proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Bombay forthwith. The Dharavi police station is hereby directed to produce
the muddemal property, if any, before the Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay as

and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay, be intimated
accordingly.
