ORDER BELOW APPLICATION AT EXH.09
1. This is an application for substitution of authorized
representative of the complainant. It is contended that the complaint is
filed on behalf of the company by authorized representative Shri.
Rohan Medane who resigned the job. Therefore, the complainant
company desirous to appoint Shri. Ramesh Mahadevan its
representative. Hence, this application.
2. Heard advocate for complainant.
3. Perused certified copy of Board Resolution. The previous
representative being left job, it will not be possible for him to look after
the daily matters. So far as legal authority to represent the matter is
concern, the certified copy of resolution of the Board of Directors
shows that the proposed representative of the company is empowered
to represent the complainant company. There would not be any drastic
change at this stage of the proceeding. No prejudice will be caused to
the accused during the trial if the representative of the complainant
company allowed to be substituted. Hence, I pass following order.
O R D E R
1) Application is allowed.
2)Complainant is permitted to substitute Shri. Rohan
Medane in place of Shri. Ramesh Mahadevan to
represent the complainant.

3) Complainant to do the needful changes in the caption
