1. Accused is convicted U.Sec. 394 I.P.C. and he is sentenced to suffer  imprisonment for undergone period and to pay fine of Rs. 200/- and in default of payment of fine, to suffer S.I. for 2 day.
2. Accused is convicted U.Sec. 504 I.P.C. and he is sentenced to suffer  imprisonment for undergone period.
3. Accused is convicted U.Sec. 506 (II) I.P.C. and he is sentenced to suffer  imprisonment for undergone period.
4. Accused is convicted U.Sec. 37(1) r/w 135 of M.P.Act he is sentenced to suffer  imprisonment for undergone period and to pay fine of Rs. 200/- and in default of payment of fine, to suffer S.I. for 2 day.
5. Accused is convicted U.Sec. 142 of M.P.Act he is sentenced to suffer  imprisonment for undergone period and to pay fine of Rs. 200/- and in default of payment of fine, to suffer S.I. for 2 day.
6) All sentences shall run concurrently.
7) The accused is in custody since 29-11-2023 He is entitled to get benefit of set off for the period of detention already undergone vide under section 428 of Cr.P.C.
8) Seized muddemal i.e. Knife be forwarded to district collector for its proper disposal and cash of Rs. 800/- be returned to its original owner, after due verification.
9) Copy of this judgment be supplied to accused free of cost.
