COMMITTAL ORDER
The chargesheet is submitted against all accused before this
Court by Sr. Inspector of police, B.K.C. Police Station, Mumbai for the
alleged offences mentioned above. Copy of chargesheet is already
furnished to all accused.
The main offence punishable U/Sec. 307 of I.P.C. alleged
against all accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
Hence, this case is committed to the Court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, U/Sec.
209 of Cr. P. C. to stand trial for the offences punishable U/Sec. 307, 324,
504, 506, 141, 143, 149 of I.P.C. and U/Sec. 37, 135 of M. P. Act.
Accused are on bail. They are directed to appear before
Hon'ble Court of Sessions, on 01/10/2024 without fail. All accused are
remanded to Judicial Custody during and until the conclusion of the trial.

Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai forthwith. The B.K.C. Police Station, is hereby directed to
produce the Muddemal Property, if any, before the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Mumbai, as and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, of Sessions, Gr. Bombay, be intimated
accordingly.
