ORDER BELOW EXH.1
a. The application is allowed.
b. The Nodal Officer of the State Bank of India, having Account
No.4194733330, is directed to transfer the amount of Rs.2,53,223/- into the
account of applicant.
c. The Nodal Officer of the Axis Bank, Barakhambha Road, Delhi,
having Account Nos.40993488351 and 61268847628, is directed to transfer
the amount of Rs.17,117/- and Rs.10,000/- respectively, into the account of
applicant.
d. The concerned Investigating Officer shall also brought the above
order to the notice of concerned bank and request him to transfer the
amount lying in above account, in an account maintained by the applicant
mentioned in the application, after executing indemnity bond of
Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lacs only) before respondent.
