1. Accused is convicted U.Sec. 241 of Cr.P.C. for the offence punishable U.Sec. 457 IPC. and he is sentenced to suffer S.I. for the period of detention and fine of Rs. 200/- in default of payment of fine, he shall undergo further S.I. for two days.
