FURTHER ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. The present application is filed under Section 13 of Registration of
Births and Deaths Act, 1969.
2. It is contended that applicant is resident of Dharavi, Mumbai, and
her husband named as Mr. Gulab Mohan Rao died on 22.12.2020, at home
i.e. Room No.551, Om Sai Garden Chawl, Opp. Dharavi Bus Depot, Rajiv
Gandhi Nagar, Dharavi, Mumbai. She is only legal heir of her husband, but
not registered the death of her husband with respondent due to personal
difficulty at relevant time. The medical certificate referred his cause of
death as Cardio-respiratory failure due to Chronic Alcoholism. His last rites
were performed at Ajhuwa, Tehsil – Ajhuwa, Dist.- Kausambi, Uttar
Pradesh. She is in need of death certificate for various reasons. Therefore,
present application for issuing direction, for registration of death of the
husband of the applicant.
3. The application is supported by affidavit. The documents produced
i.e. Aadhar Cards, Ration Card of applicant and deceased, proves
relationship between the parties. The certificate issued by doctor and local
authority and other documents clearly supports the fact of death.
Considering these aspects and the necessity of the certificate expressed by
applicant, I am of the opinion that there is no hindrance in allowing the
application. Therefore, order :
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Respondent is directed to register the death of husband of applicant
named as Mr. Gulab Mohan Rao, as 22.12.2020, in its record on payment
of necessary fees by the applicant and issue death certificate.

c. Copy of this order shall be given free of cost to the applicant.
