Accused No. 3 is convicted for the offence punishable u/sec. 138 NI act, 1881 in view of the section 255(2) of the criminal procedure code. He shall suffer rigorous imprisonment for 1 months and he shall pay the fine of Rs. 6,50,000/- in default of payment of fine he shall suffer simple imprisonment for 3 months.
