JUDGEMENT ON ADMISSION
(Delivered on 24/04/2018)
The accused appeared in Jail Court and voluntarily moved
an application to plead guilty, which is accepted. Read and recorded.
After hearing the accused and taking into consideration the
nature of the offence, circumstances, in my opinion, the following
sentence would suffice to meet the ends of justice. Hence, I proceed to
pass the following order.
O R D E R
1. Accused Sameer Shaikh @ Chotu Amir Shaikh is
convicted vide section 241 of Criminal Procedure Code for
the offence punishable u/sec. 457 r/w 34 of the Indian
Penal Code and he is sentenced to suffer Simple
Imprisonment for the period already undergone in jail and
to pay fine of Rs. 500/ (Rs. Five Hundred Only) in default
he is sentenced to suffer Simple Imprisonment of 7 (Seven)
days.
2. Accused is further convicted for the offence punishable
u/sec. 380 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and he is
sentenced to suffer Simple Imprisonment for the period
already undergone in jail and to pay fine of Rs. 500/ (Rs.
Five Hundred Only) in default he is sentenced to suffer
Simple Imprisonment of 7 (Seven) days.

3. The above both substantive sentences are run concurrently
with each other.
4. The accused is in Jail. The set off as per the procedure
under section 428 Criminal Procedure Code be given to
accused for the period for which he is already undergone in
jail.
5. The jail authorities are directed to release the accused, if he
is not required in any other offence.
6. The seized muddemal property i.e. cash of Rs. 2,300/ be
released in favour of its owner, / if already return to its
owner, be retained in his possession and supratnama bond
shall stand cancelled, after appeal period is over.
7. The copy of judgment be given to the accused free of cost.
