ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. Perused record. Heard Ld. Advocate for the applicant.
2. The applicant brought before this court, Mr. Yesudas Raju, who is
claiming to be a mentally ill person and is in need of treatment. Various
documents also produced in support of the contention. After inquiry and
perusal of record it is clear that Mr. Yesudas Raju, is not a mentally fit
person and may be in need of psychiatric treatment. But before coming any
particular conclusion the expert opinion is necessary and hence, following
order -
ORDER
a. Mr. Yesudas Raju, Age 38 years, Occupation nil and R/o – Tilak
Nagar Zhopadpatti, Jasmine Mill Road, Dharavi, Mumbai, is referred to
Dean, J. J. Hospital, Byculla, Mumbai, and it is requested to him to refer
said person to concerned psychiatric department for examination about his
mental illness and send report to this court on or before 22.03.2022.
b. Matter is kept on 23.03.2022.
c. Copy of this order shall be given free of cost to the applicant to
brought Mr. Yesudas Raju, Age 38 years, Occupation nil and R/o – Tilak
Nagar Zhopadpatti, Jasmine Mill Road, Dharavi, Mumbai, to said hospital
for further reference.
