Order Details: Order Below EX 1 Pdf Text: ORDER BELOW EXH.1 IN C.C.NO. 1581/PS/2016 This case in pending since 2016. The accused is absconded. The offence is punishable under 65(e) of Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949. Muddemal property i.e. 2 plastic can containing 10 ltr. each Indigenous liquor, 1 plastic can containing 05 ltr. Indigenous liquor, ten plastic glasses and two plastic mug total worth Rs.1,435/ were recovered. No purpose found to keep pending proceeding. Therefore, it is just and proper to stop proceeding vide section 258 of Cr.P.C. Hence, following order is passed. ORDER 1. The proceeding is stopped vide section 258 of Cr. P.C. 2.
