ORDER BELOW EXH. 1
1] Applicant praying for direction to respondent to register the
death of his father namely Vasant Antppa Bangera. He submitted that,
on 02/04/2021 his father namely Vasant Antppa Bangera, died at V. N.
Desai Hospital, Santacruz (E), Mumbai. However, entry regarding his
death was not taken with the office of respondent. He requires death
certificate of his father. Hence, this application is filed. Applicant in
support of his contention has filed Postmortem Form and Cause of
Death Certificate of deceased Vasant Antppa Bangera issued by Cooper
Postmortem Center, Juhu, Mumbai and Death Report of deceased
Vasant Antppa Bangera issued by Hindu Crematorium, Santacruz (W),
Mumbai and No Objection Certificate for dispose dead body issued by
Vakola police station.
2] Respondent did not dispute that on dated 02/04/2021 the
father of the applicant was expired and the entry thereto was not taken
in the concerned register. Considering the Medical Certificate of
deceased Vasant Antppa Bangera issued by Cooper Postmortem Center,
Juhu, Mumbai and Death Report of deceased Vasant Antppa Bangera
issued by Hindu Crematorium, Santacruz (W), Mumbai filed by the
applicant it appears that the date of the death of Vasant Antppa
Bangera is correctly mentioned. Admittedly, after the death of Vasant
Antppa Bangera the entry thereto was not taken in the concerned
register even after laps of more than 02 years. Therefore, Respondent
needs to be directed to take entry regarding death of Vasant Antppa
Bangera in the concerned register. Hence, the following order is passed.

1] Application is allowed.
2] On payment of requisite charges respondent is directed
to take entry regarding the date of death of Vasant
Antppa Bangera, as on 02/04/2021 in the concerned
register.
