ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. Perused record. Cognizance taken.
2. The accused is present before the court. She filed an application and
other documents mentioning that several cases filed by police against her at the
instance of her opponents. In some of the matters charge sheets has been filed
and in some other matters charge sheets are not yet filed.
3. It is also submitted that her valuable movable and immovable properties
were involved in the matter and that was taken away by unknown persons. She
made allegations against Mr. Parveen Pathan, etc. Those allegations are
somewhat vague and it is noticed that applicant is in need of legal aid. Further,
it is necessary to mention that applicant repeatedly appears in this court as per
her time and convenience and makes somewhat vague and random
submissions, on the basis of which it’s very difficult to take any action.
Considering her age and all these facts and circumstances and to come to
logical end she needs proper legal assistance and therefore, following order -
ORDER
a. All her matters shall be kept on one and same date i.e. on 03.08.2024, so
that she shall not suffer harassment to attend separate dates in each and every
matter.
b. Copy of this order shall be given free of cost to her with a request to
Hon’ble Secretary, D.L.S.A. Mumbai, having office at Mazgaon Court
Complex, Mazgaon, Mumbai, that suitable legal aid may be provided to
accused/applicant Mrs. Hazra Sharif Pathan, to prosecute her cause.
c. The application, bearing I.W.No.221 of 2024, filed today, Exh.5, shall
also be sent to D.L.S.A. with this order.
