ORDER BELOW EXH1
Perused the application. Judicial Clerk failed to file say. It
appears that the Excise Inspector filed this application without verifying
the order passed below Exh.1. Furthermore, he filed the present
application for getting the orders of destroy for the muddemals, during
the period of January, 2015 to December, 2015. It is filed in bulky.
The Excise Inspector has not verified the orders passed below Exh.1 for
said cases and he just filed one application with the list. Therefore, in
such situation it cannot be possible to verify the orders of Exh.1 and
pass other appropriate order. So also the applicant has not filed any
certified copies of Exh.1 of previous cases. Hence, in such situation it
cannot be entertained only on two papers. So it is rejected.
