Original complainant absent. Advocate on record for
complainant also absent. Matter is pending since 2019 for want of
payment of Court Fees as well as taking steps by the complainant.
Complainant paid requisite Court Fees in the year 2020 and as such
case was registered. Thereafter, four adjournments are granted as a
last chance for taking appropriate steps. Today also complainant failed
to take steps and produce the original documents, affidavit of
statement of verification, affidavit under section 202 of Code of
Criminal Procedure, evidence affidavit etc.
2. On the face of record, it is crystal clear that complainant is
not interested in proceeding with the matter in real sense. However,
instead of dismissal of the complaint, one more last opportunity
granted to comply the requisite as aforesaid. Hence, I pass following
order.
ORDER
1. Complainant to take necessary steps so as to proceed further
with the trial forthwith by next date, failing which complaint
would be dismissed for want of prosecution.
2. Matter adjourned for compliance and order on 31.10.2025.
3. Order dictated and pronounced in open court.
4. Order be uploaded on Court Web Portal.
