ORDER BELOW EXH-1
The application made under Section 12 of Domestic
Violence Act, 2005. Perusal of record would indicate that, the applicant
and her advocate remained absent since many occasions and even
today. Moreover, no effective steps has been taken on behalf of
applicant. On 04.11.2024 notice was issued and served through Nirmal
Nagar police station to applicant. But she failed to appear before the
court. Therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping the case open
when the applicant has failed to prosecute the same in proper
perspective. Since 28.02.2025 matter is kept for dismissal order. Hence,
I find that, this case can be disposed of. Hence, case is dismissed in
default for want of prosecution. Any interim relief, if granted, is hereby
vacated. It be closed.
