That, you accused on 18.02.2022 at about 17.10 to 18.02.22 at
Nehru Road, Santacruz (E) were found consuming ganja and thereby
committed an offence punishable u/s.8(c), 27 of N.D.P.S. Act.
Particulars are read over & explained to accused in vernacular.
The accused pleaded guilty voluntarily. Plea of the accused is as below.

ORDER
The accused pleaded guilty voluntarily. Hence, he is plea is
accepted and he is held guilty for the said offence. Heard, the accused
on the point of sentence. He prays leniency. Lenient view is taken as his
family depends on him. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
The accused is convicted for the offence p/u/sec. 8(c), 27
of N.D.P.S. Act. Vide section 252 of Cr. P.C. and sentenced for the
period already undergone by him in judicial custody. As such, the

accused be given benefit of set off u/Sec. 428 CrPC. Copy be given to
the accused free of cost.
