In view of Criminal Application No.504 of 2023 and
criminal application No. 1401/2023 dated 02.11.2023 of the
Hon'ble Bombay High Court, the said applications are
disposed off on the ground of settlement between the parties.
After this order is passed, the Nirmal Nagar police has filed
charge-sheet U/s. 498(A), 323, 504 and 506 r/w 34 of IPC.
In view of the order, there is no point in keeping this case
pending. Hence, the FIR is quashed against all the accused
as per the directions. All accused are discharged. Their bail
bonds, if any, be cancelled. It be closed.
