ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR DIRECTION TO ISSUE PASSPORT
1] The present application is filed by applicant/accused Mrs.
Noorunisha Aziz Shaikh in C.R. No.289/2017 for direction to issue passport.
2] It is stated that the applicant made an application for issuance of
passport to the passport authority on 11/12/2017. The applicant is intending to
travel abroad for pilgrimage and tourist purpose along with family.
3] On the application say of Ld. APP was called. The Ld. APP filed her
say and submitted that the passport authority has taken objection that the
applicant is not residing in the given address on which the address mentioned
in application. The applicant not given details about its travel, therefore Ld.
APP strongly objected for application.
4] Perused the application and say of Ld. A.P.P. Heard Ld. APP and
advocate for applicant. I do not find that the progress of the case would
hamper, if the permission is given to the accused / applicant for getting the
passport. Therefore, concerning with the prayer of the applicant/accused about
issuance of passport is granted. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
a] The application is allowed.
b] The applicant/accused Noorunisha Aziz Shaikh is hereby given no
objection for applying to get the passport, the passport authority be considered

the application in accordance of law with direction to applicant that whenever
she travel abroad the permission be obtained from the court and intimation of
her traveling abroad be given to court.
c] The applicant is directed to furnish detail address in the court.
