COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused No.1 and 2 are present. They are on Bail. They are
charged with the offence punishable under sections 307, 323, 324, 354,
354(B), 504, 34, 188, 269, 270 of the Indian Penal
Code r.w. section 4,25 of Indian Arms Act, r.w.37(1)(b),135 of
Maharashtra Police Act, r.w. section 2, 3, 4 The Epidemic Diseases Act,
1897. The offence punishable under section 307 of Indian Penal Code
is exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. The copies of
police report and other documents as specified in section 207 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure have been supplied to the accused. The
accused are represented by Lawyer. The case will have to be committed
to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions in view of nature of offence. Hence,
the following order :
ORDER
1. The case is hereby committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
2. The accused No.1 and 2 are directed to appear before the Hon'ble
Court of Sessions on 22.02.2022.

3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be
produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
4. The Police Station Officer, Police Station Mahim is directed to
produce muddemal property, in the Hon'ble Court of Session on or
before 22.02.2022.
5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the
case to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
