COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused present on bail. Accused is charged with the offence
punishable U/sec 353, 504 IPC r/w 3 Maharashtra prevention of
defencement of property Act, Offence punishable U/sec 353 IPC is exclusively
triable by the court of Sessions. The copies of police report and other
documents as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have
been supplied to the accused. Accused is represented by Advocate S. G. Tiwari.
The case will have to be committed to the Court of Session. Hence the order :
1. Case be committed to the Court of Session.
2. The accused is on bail. He is directed to attend Hon'ble Sessions
Court.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be
produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court of Session.
4. The Police Station Officer, of Nirmal Nagar Police Station be
directed to produce muddemal property in the court of Session on
or before 09/04/2020 positively.

5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment the case
to the Court of Session.
