Complainant’s authorized representative absent for
recording verification statement. Several adjournments granted for
taking steps till today. Already last chance was granted vide order dated
30.10.2025 but complainant failed to take appropriate steps.
2. Accused not resident within the limits of Jurisdiction of this
court. Necessary affidavit not filed for conducting inquiry.
3. There are no sufficient grounds for proceeding against the
accused with the complaint on available material on record. Keeping
the file pending years together without proceeding further by the
complainant is unjustified. Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
1. Complaint is dismissed under section 203 of The Code of
Criminal Procedure and section 226 of The Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
2. Proceeding stands closed.
3. Order dictated and pronounced in open court.
