ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1] This application was filed under section 12 of the
Protection of Woman from Domestic Violence Act. Pending
application the parties took the matter on board on 03/12/2018 vide
Exh.6. Joint pursis Exh.7 was filed. It is signed by the applicant and
her counsel stating that the dispute is now settled and the applicant
does not desire to proceed with the proceeding. I verified from the
applicant and respondent no.1 who were present before Court in
person that the settlement was voluntary. Original ID of parties were
perused and their verified copies taken on record in support of their
identity.
2] In view of above, the matter stands withdrawn.
Accordingly, disposed off. Exh.7 and verified copies of ID of parties
be filed alongwith Exh.1. Paper filed.
