COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused is present today before the Court. Chargesheet is filed on
04.02.2023. Accused is charged for the offence punishable under Sections
392, 394, 397 r/w. Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. Offence is exclusively
triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and
chargesheet have been supplied to the accused. Case will have to be
committed. Hence, I pass following order :
ORDER
1. The case is hereby committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
2. The muddemal be produced as and when directed by the Hon'ble
Court of Sessions.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be
produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
4. The officer of Dharavi Police Station, Mumbai be directed to produce
muddemal property in the Hon'ble Court of Sessions on or before
28.01.2026 positively.
5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the case
