ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. The present application is filed under Section 13 of Registration of Births
and Deaths Act, 1969.
2. It is contended that applicant is resident of Dharavi, Mumbai, and his
mother named as Mrs. Aliya Begum Mohammed Alim Siddiqui, died on
12.06.2020, at home i.e. Room No.362/2, Nawab Nagar, Vibhag 1, Dharavi Cross
Road, Mahim East, Dharavi, Mumbai. He is legal heir of his mother, but not
registered the death of his mother with respondent due to personal difficulty at
relevant time. The medical certificate referred her cause of death as Myocardial
Infraction, Diabetes Mellitus Ischemic Heart disease and acute kidney disease.
Her last rites were performed at Dharavi Hindu Cementry, Mumbai. He is in need
of death certificate for various reasons. Therefore, present application for issuing
direction, for registration of death of the mother of the applicant.
3. The application is supported by affidavits. The documents produced i.e.
Aadhar Card of applicant and deceased, proves relationship between the parties.
The certificate issued by doctor and local authority and other documents clearly
supports the fact of death. Considering these aspects and the necessity of the
certificate expressed by applicant, I am of the opinion that there is no hindrance
in allowing the application. Therefore, order :
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Respondent is directed to register the death of mother of applicant named
as Mrs. Aliya Begum Mohammed Alim Siddiqui, as 12.06.2020, in its record on
payment of necessary fees by the applicant and issue death certificate.
c. Copy of this order shall be given free of cost to the applicant.
