J U D G M E N T

Accused Jahidali Roshanali Qureshi @ Murgi is produced
before me from jail. He is in MCR since 22012018 i.e. since last 2
months and 26 days. He is voluntarily pleading guilty through
application for the offence punishable U/Sec.380 of IPC against him.
The value of stolen property is only Rs.10,000/. Considering the
amount of theft and the period for which he is in jail, I pass following
order :
ORDER
Accused Jahidali Roshanali Qureshi @ Murgi is convicted
u/sec. 241 Cr.P.C. on his pleading guilty, for the offence punishable
u/sec.380 IPC and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for a period
three (3) months.
The accused be given set off u/sec.428 of Cr.P.C for the period
under gone in jail i.e. 2 months and 26 days.
Seized property i.e. currency notes amounting to Rs. 2300/

be returned to the informant. If informant does not turn up, amount be
credited to the Government, after the appeal period is over.
Copy of the judgment/order be given to the accused free of
cost.
