ORDER BELOW EXH.01
Heard advocate for complainant. Complainant settled dispute
with the accused out of court and received cheque payment. Therefore,
complainant is not willing to proceed with the matter. Accordingly,
advocate for complainant filed application for withdrawal of the
complaint at Exh.14. Withdrawal is voluntary. Hence, I pass following
order.
ORDER
1. Complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
2. The accused is acquitted of the offence punishable u/sec.138
of The Negotiable Instrument Act.
