Offence : U/Sec. 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
Judgment on Admission of guilt by accused
The accused above named voluntarily pleaded guilty, so also
filed an application to view leniently while passing sentence of fine. Heard
learned counsel for accused, so also perused the case papers. Considering
the fact that, the accused is voluntarily pleading guilty, I find that, accused
may be dealt with lesser and moderate punishment and with fine amount,
as specifically prayed by the accused, in the circumstance of the case.
Hence, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The accused is convicted on his own admission for the offence
u/Sec. 188 of I.P.C.
2. He is sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment till rising of the court
and to pay fine of र 1000/ for the offence u/Sec. 188 of I. P.C., in
default of fine he shall undergo S. I. for 2 weeks, for the above fine
amount.
3. His bail bonds, if any, stands discharged.
