ORDER BELOW EXH. 1
1] The applicant is praying for direction to respondent to
register the death of her daughter namely Sapna Nitesh Kshirsagar.
2] The applicant submitted that, her daughter namely Sapna
Nitesh Kshirsagar died on 16/08/2017 at Durga Maternity and
Surgical Home. However, due to ignorance she could take entry
regarding her death. She requires death certificate of her daughter.
Hence, this application is filed.
3] The applicant produced on record copies of her Aadhar,
Aadhar and PAN Card of the deceased, Medical Certificate as to Cause
of Death and Death Report sent by Durga Maternity Home.
4] The respondent also recommended registration of death.
On perusal of Medical Certificate as to Cause of Death issued by Durga
Maternity and Surgical Home, it appears that the daughter of the
applicant was suffering from Dengue and she died on 16.08.2017.
The verification report annexed with the say of the respondent also
supports the version of the applicant. The claim of the applicant has
remained unchallenged. No one has taken exception to it. The
applicant succeeded in proving her claim. In view of the aforesaid
discussion, there is no hurdle to grant the relief claimed by the
applicant. Hence, the respondent may be directed to take entry
regarding death of Sapna Nitesh Kshirsagar. Hence, the following
order.

O R D E R
1] The application is allowed.
2] The respondent is directed to take entry regarding the
date of death of Sapna Nitesh Kshirsagar as 16.08.2017
in the concerned register on accepting requisite fee.
3] Application is accordingly disposed of.
