ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Case is taken for the Special Drive. This case is summons case
instituted otherwise than upon complaint for offence punishable under
Sections 279, 337 of Indian Penal Code. Accused is absent since long.
N.B.W. is standing against the accused since November, 2022. The
presence of accused not secured since then. This case is more than 06
years old. In above circumstances, the case can not be kept pending.
