Today, accused are appeared before me before lok-adalat and
made application for pleading guilty. They submitted that they wants to
plead guilt. They are identified by their advocate. Particulars of offence is
framed against them, to which they voluntarily pleaded guilty. Heard
accused in person. They submitted that lenient view may be taken as
they are only earning member in their respective family. Considering the
nature of offence, circumstances under which it is committed,
antecedents of the accused & their age, I proceed to pass following order :
O R D E R
1. Both the accused are hereby convicted for the offence under 65(A)
of Maharashtra Prohibition Act and sentenced to pay fine of
Rs. 1,000/- ( Rupees One Thousand only) each, and in default of
payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 1 (One) day
each.
2. Both the accused are hereby convicted for the offence under 65(E)
of Maharashtra Prohibition Act and sentenced to pay fine of
Rs. 1,000/- ( Rupees One Thousand only) each, and in default of
payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 1 (One) day
each.

3. Both the accused are hereby convicted for the offence under 81
of Maharashtra Prohibition Act and sentenced to pay fine of
Rs. 500/- ( Rupees Five Hundred only) each, and in default of
payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 1 (One) day
each.
4. Both the accused are hereby convicted for the offence under 83
of Maharashtra Prohibition Act and sentenced to pay fine of
Rs. 500/- ( Rupees Five Hundred only) each, and in default of
payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 1 (One) days
each.
5. Seized liquor be forwarded to Excise Department, Realmi company
mobile phone, phone pay scanner machine, one Delivery bag, Hero
company splendor motorcycle bearing No. MH-02-GC-3768 be
returned to its original owner, after due verification.
