ORDER BELOW EXH-1
The application made under Section 12 of Domestic
Violence Act, 2005. Perusal of record would indicate that, the applicant
remaining absent since many occasions and even today. Moreover, no
effective steps has been taken on behalf of applicant to argue on Exh-7
and 8. On 22.06.2024 notice was issued through Nirmal Nagar police
station to the applicant. Applicant not found on her given addresses on
record. Therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping the case
open when the applicant has failed to prosecute the same in proper
perspective. Hence, I find that, this case can be disposed of. Hence, case
is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Any interim relief, if
granted, is hereby vacated. It be closed.
