ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. Both the parties and their advocates present.
2. After hearing applicant, it is noticed that the only anxiety of her is,
she is apprehending that she may be removed from the house mentioned
in the address clause of the main application, Exh.1.
3. The Ld. Advocate for the Respondent No.1, submitted that
applicant is residing with him and there is no such possibility. He further
submitted that he is not going to remove her out of said house. Ld.
Advocate for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3, also made submissions and
informed that they are apprehending some unwarranted acts on the part of
applicant if they shared common utilities.
4. The Respondent No.1, requested this court that permission may be
granted to install C.C. T.V. cameras in common passages as shown in,
annexture, Exh.C, annexed with main application. Applicant has no
objection to it.
5. Considering apprehension expressed by both the parties and as they
admitted to permit installation of C.C. T.V. cameras in common passages
and as further time is required for filing detailed say and hearing of
interim applications and passing orders on it, following order -
ORDER
a. Both the parties shall co-ordinate for installation of C.C. T.V.
cameras in common passages as shown in, annexture, Exh.C, annexed
with main application.
b. Both the parties shall share common household.

c. Applicant shall prepare her own food and shall do all the daily
necessary livelihood activities on her own without sharing with
respondents.
