COMMITTAL ORDER
The chargesheet is submitted against the accused before this
Court by Sr. Inspector of police, Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai for the
alleged offence mentioned above. Copy of chargesheet is already furnished to
the accused.
The main offence punishable U/Sec. 376 (2) (n) of I.P.C. alleged
against the accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
Hence, this case is committed to the Court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, U/Sec.
209 of Cr. P. C. to stand trial for the offence punishable U/Sec. 376 (2) (n),
323, 504 of I.P.C.
Accused is on bail. He is directed to appear before Hon'ble Court
of Sessions, on 12/02/2024 without fail. Accused is remanded to Judicial
custody during and until the conclusion of the trial.
Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai forthwith. The Santacruz Police Station, is hereby directed to
produce the Muddemal Property, if any, before the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Mumbai, as and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, of Sessions, Gr. Bombay, be intimated
accordingly.
