Charge : U/sec. 285 of Indian Penal Code
The accused is voluntarily pleading guilty to the offence with
which he has been charged and requested for leniency. He has
submitted written application in support of his plea. His plea being
voluntarily one, I accept the same and convict him for the offence
he has been charged. Considering the nature of the offence, I pass
following order.
O R D E R
1. The accused is hereby convicted for the offence under Section 285
of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment
till rising of the Court and to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/( Rupees one
thousand only), and in default of payment of fine, to suffer simple
imprisonment for 7 (seven) days.
2. Muddemal Property i.e. one Gas stove be sold in public auction and
sale proceed be credited to State Government, as per law after the
period of appeal is over.
3. Copy of judgment be supplied to the accused free of cost.
