ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Read complaint and verification statement (Exh.-2) of
complainant. Perused written arguments on behalf of complainant (Exh.-
3) and documents placed on record.
2. Heard Ld. Advocate for complainant. According to the
complainant accused persons are availed a vehicle loan by giving security
of the vehicle and agreed to pay the installments in time. Accused did not
pay the installments nor they have given the inspection of secured vehicle
and cheated the complainant. The verification statement discloses that
accused falsely represented the complainant regarding payment of
installments and failed to pay the loan installments. The complainant has
made out prima-facie case against accused. Therefore, issue process under
section 420 r/w.s. 34 of I.P.C. against accused persons.
The case be registered as Warrant Triable case.
