In view of application (Exh-5) & order passed thereon,
offence being compounded, accused is acquitted of the offence
punishable U/Sec. 406 of IPC vide Sec. 320(8) of Cr. P. C. Bail bonds,
if any, of accused stand cancelled. Muddemal property i.e. two gold
bangles & one gold Laxmi necklace (Haar) be returned to informant,
as per law. Case disposed of.

The informant and accused have filed joint application
seeking permission to compound the offence punishable under
section 406 of IPC. Complainant has been identified by Ld. APP, as
she appeared in consequence to the witness summons. Her identity
card is attached with the application. The offence punishable under
section 406 of IPC is compoundable with permission of the court.
The informant & accused have settled dispute outside court and does
not wish to proceed with the case. In view of this, age of accused and
nature of offence, permission is granted. Order followed Exh-1.
