COMMITTAL ORDER
The Chargesheet is submitted against all accused before this
Court by Sr. Inspector of Police, Vakola Police station, Mumbai, for the alleged
offences mentioned above. Copy of Chargesheet is already furnished to all
accused.
The main offences punishable U/sec 307, 353 of IPC alleged
against accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. Hence,
this case is committed to the court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, U/sec. 209 of Cr.
P. C. to stand trial for the offence U/sec. 307, 141, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149,
323, 504, 109, 353, 506 of IPC.
Accused No. 4 and 8 are in Judicial Custody and other accused
are on bail. The Jail Superintendent is directed to produce the accused No. 4
and 8 and other accused are directed to present before Hon'ble Court of
Sessions on 22/12/2022 without fail. Accused be remanded to judicial
custody during, and until the conclusion of, the trial.
Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Mumbai forthwith. The Vakola Police Station, is hereby directed to produce
the Muddemal Property, if any, before the Court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai as
and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, be intimated
accordingly.
