ORDER BELOW EXH. 1
1] The applicant is praying for direction to nonapplicant to
register the death of his father namely Anwar Ali Shaikh.
2] The applicant submitted that, his father namely Anwar
Ali Shaikh died on 10/03/2018. However, due to ignorance he could
take entry regarding his death. He requires death certificate of his
father. Hence, this application is filed.
3] The applicant produced on record medical certificate as
to cause of death, Statement of Death Registry and Affidavit of one
witness Sushil Waghmare. The documents show that the father of the
applicant died at V. N. Desai Hospital on 10.03.2018. The witness
also supported the version of the applicant.
4] The respondent also recommended registration of death.
The claim of the applicant has remained unchallenged. No one has
taken exception to it. The documents and the affidavit of the witness
show that Anwar Ali Shaikh died on 10.03.2018. The applicant
succeeded in proving his claim. In view of the aforesaid discussion,
there is no hurdle to grant the relief claimed by the applicant. Hence,
the nonapplicant may be directed to take entry regarding death of
Anwar Ali Shaikh. Hence, the following order.
O R D E R
1] The application is allowed.
2] The nonapplicant is directed to take entry regarding the
date of death of Anwar Ali Shaikh as 10.03.2018 in the concerned

register on accepting requisite fee.
3] Application is accordingly disposed of.
