ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO
TRAVEL ABRAOD
Perused application. The application stated to have been
filed as per the undertaking given before Hon'ble High Court and the
directions of the Hon'ble High Court in Cri. Writ Petition No.3626/2020
vide order dated 29.10.2020. The Hon'ble High Court has directed to
disposed of applications to be filed by the applicant before
6th November, 2020. However, the undertaking was that the application
to be filed by the applicant on or before 2nd or 3rd November, 2020. The
applicant filed this application today at about 1.15 p.m., as the
investigation is in progress in many other cases and no travel schedule
or itinerary being attached with the application or no travel dates being
mentioned, the say of Ld. APP is required to be called. Accordingly,
issue notice. Returnable on 05.11.2020. The applicant directed to file
affidavit in support of the application and shall mention travel date &
submit itinerary. The applicant to provide the copy of writ petition
No.3626/2020 for verifying the prayer clause.
