FURTHER ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. The present application is filed under Section 13 of Registration of
Births and Deaths Act, 1969.
2. It is contended that applicant is resident of Dharavi, Mumbai, and
her mother named as Satyanayagi Uskatan Nadar, died on 01.05.2020, at
home i.e. Dharavi, Mumbai. She is only legal heir of her mother, but not
registered the death of her mother with respondent due to personal
difficulty at relevant time. The medical certificate referred her cause of
death as acute myocardial infarction. Her last rites were performed at
Hindu Smashan Bhumi, Dharavi, Mumbai. She is in need of death
certificate for various reasons. Therefore, present application for issuing
direction, for registration of death of the mother of the applicant.
3. The application is supported by affidavit. The documents produced
i.e. Aadhar Card of applicant and deceased, proves relationship between the
parties. The certificate issued by doctor and local authority and other
documents clearly supports the fact of death. Considering these aspects and
the necessity of the certificate expressed by applicant, I am of the opinion
that there is no hindrance in allowing the application. Therefore, order :
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Respondent is directed to register the death of mother of applicant
named as Satyanayagi Uskatan Nadar, as 01.05.2020, in its record on
payment of necessary fees by the applicant and issue death certificate.
c. Copy of this order shall be given free of cost to the applicant.
