3. Accused are convicted U.Sec. 241 of Cr.P.C. for the offence punishable U.Sec. 380 IPC. and  They are sentenced to suffer S.I. for the period of detention, which they already undergone, and fine of Rs. 200/- each in default of payment of fine, the shall undergo further S.I. for two days each.
4. Accused are convicted U.Sec. 241 of Cr.P.C. for the offence punishable U.Sec. 427 r/w 34 IPC. and  They are sentenced to suffer S.I. for the period.
5. All sentences shall run concurrently.
6. Accused are in jail since 25-11-2022  are is entitled to get benefit of set off for the period of detention already undergone vide under section 428 Cr.P.C.
7. Seized Sliding window frame and glass door be returned to original owner, after due verification.
