Perused the complaint, heard the advocate of complainant
alongwith the documents filed on record. It reveals from complaint that the
transaction was held in between complainant and accused. On prima facie
perusal of complaint and submission I found the cognizable offence has been
committed by the accused there should be some collection of documentary
evidence or thorough investigation is necessary. In such circumstances, I
found it is to be proper to pass order u/s.156(3) of Criminal Procedure Code.
Hence, I pass the following order.
ORDER
The proceeding be sent towards the concerned police station
u/s.156(3) of Criminal Procedure Code for necessary action and
investigation.
