1] Perused the complaint. Heard advocate of complainant. The
complainant advocate stated that the accused alongwith other unknown
persons in collusion and connivance with each other have cheated and
deceived the complainant of his hard earned money. The accused persons
have also dishonestly misappropriated the money entrusted upon them.
Hence, he prayed to pass order u/s.156(3) of Criminal Procedure Code.
2] Considering the submission and perusal of the complaint and
documents relied by the complainant, I does not found sufficient evidence to
pass order u/s.156(3) of Criminal Procedure Code. I found it is proper to
verify the complainant and the documents produced by the complainant by
way of verification u/s.200 of Criminal Procedure Code. Hence, the
complainant is directed to file verification.
