COMMON ORDER BELOW EXH.1
(In C.C.No.114/PS/2024 and in C.C.No.111/PS/2024)
1. During bulk registration of the matters, both the above matters were
registered in physical register, with the same registration number, i.e.
C.C.No.114/PS/2024 (State Vs Krishna) and C.C.No.114/PS/2024 (State Vs
Ramkumar and anr.).
2. After examination of the record it is noticed that the original number of
one of the matter i.e. C.C.No.114/PS/2024 (State Vs Ramkumar and anr.), is
C.C.No.111/PS/2024 (State Vs Ramkumar and anr.), which came before this
court on 27.02.2024, in Special Drive with wrong number C.C.No.114/PS/2024
and was disposed off.
3. Though the main matter bearing C.C.No.114/PS/2024 (State Vs
Krishna), was not disposed, it caused confusion.
4. The mistake occurred needs to be rectified. Therefore, following order -
ORDER
a. The main matter, which is not disposed off, C.C.No.114/PS/2024 (State
Vs Krishna), shall be revoked in C.I.S. and ordered to be proceeded further as
per law.
b. The matter bearing C.C.No.111/PS/2024 (State Vs Ramkumar and anr.),
is ordered to be disposed off from C.I.S. as per order dated 27.02.2024.
c. Permission granted to make necessary corrections in physical register
and C.I.S.
d. Copy of this order shall be uploaded in both the matters and also kept
with physical file.
