ORDER BELOW EXH.01 IN LOKADALAT
Today the authorized person viz. Amrut Abhijeet Tambe of
complainant is present before the panel and submits that, he do not
want to proceed with the case. The offence is charge against the accused
is under section 420 and etc. of IPC, which is compoundable. Therefore,
in view of (Exh.2) to (Exh.7) the case is withdrawn, as compounded.
Hence, I proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
1. In view of order passed below (Exh.-2) to (Exh.-7)
permission granted to withdraw the complaint.
2. Both accused are acquitted under section 257 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure.
3. Bail bonds of both accused stands cancelled.
