Accused Mr. Nilesh Rajaram Desai is charged for the offence punishable U/Secs. 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2), of the BNS and Sections 66-C and 66-D of Information Technology Act. Prosecution alleged that, accused has cheated the informant and misappropriated Rs.80,25,000/-. Said amount is required to be recovered. Accused is expert in I.T. It is cyber fraud. Amount is huge.
